If you are reading this - thank you for taking the time to open up the email and following the link. As you know I ran in the Silverstone Half Marathon in 2012 and was overjoyed with the support and my finishing time !

I am now taking part in the Manchester 10k in 2013 on the 26th May and would love to get some support to give me the inclination to carry on with training on these dark winter nights.
