Suzy Burstow is raising money for Mencap
Story
I am taking on the challenge of cycling 80km (which is the distance from my house to my Auntie Emma’s house) to raise money for Mencap.
Mencap is a cause close to my heart as they support those with learning disabilities, like my Auntie Emma, to feel valued equally, listened to and included.
I’m going to be doing the challenge on a turbo trainer set up in the garage over half term and logging the distance on a special app so that I know how far I’ve cycled.

£10 could help Mencap to provide tailored in-depth information and advice to the family of someone with a learning disability.
£20 could help Mencap to run a session with an employer so they understand the benefits of employing people with a learning disability
£50 could enable Mencap to upskill someone with a learning disability so they are more confident using the internet, helping to break down the digital isolation that so many face and help to keep them connected during lockdown.
