I'm going to be bracing the cold (which is huge for me as some of you may know I'm always freezing!) to help to raise money and awareness for young homeless people in London. 

Working and living in London, you see a lot of genuine homeless people. I want to help show them that someone cares. So please, even if it's just a quid, please help me to help them :)
