As many of you know I am taking part in the Ride London on 4 August, raising money for breast cancer. This involves 20,000 people cycling 100 miles around London and Surrey for the greater good. 

The roads will be closed along the route from the Olympic Stadium - Chiswick- Weybridge- Byfleet - West Horsley- Abinger Hammer - Forest  Green - Dorking - leatherhead - Cobham - Kingston - Wimbledon - finishing on The Mall. 

London residents - rather than cursing this travel chaos, I hope to see you out supporting with pompoms. 

I'm doing this for breast cancer as it has impacted several of my friends in the last year.
