There isn't anyone who hasn't had someone dear to them affected by Cancer. I lost my Mum 4 years ago last March, and so decided that it was time for me to do my bit. I don't think I am ever going to be able to climb Everest or even run a marathon, so instead I went for the Sinead O'Connor look and shaved off all the hair on my head!

The big event was Friday, 26th March and I reached my target of a grand, which was absolutely incredible and I can tell you, nothing compares to...mmm...having hair!

I would like to thank all the amazing people who supported me on the night and the superb staff at 'OSCARS', my local bar, (where the deed was done), I couldn't have done it without you!
