As you all know I'm running the 2009 London Marathon and I'm trying to raise as much money as I can for my charity 'Spinal Injuries Association' .

Training update

I've had a knee injury for the past couple of months now, but did a ten mile run on Monday 16th Feb and no pain!!!!! so things are looking up. 

New trainers on Monday 9th March so no more blisters!!!!
