Swimming the English channel has always been a dream of mine. I see it as the ultimate challenge that will push me physically and mentally. 

Along with a team of 5 other swimmers, we attempt to complete one of the most gruelling feats of human endeavour to swim from England to France in aid of the Children's Air Ambulance. 

We will be completing the 22.5-mile stretch as a relay in an effort to raise vital funds for the national lifesaving charity who transport critically ill children in rural areas of the UK. The Air Ambulance receives no government or lottery funding and rely solely on donations in order operate and continue to save lives.

A lot of shivers, sweat and tears has gone into this training over the past 6 months.
