That Charlie Walsh is a running machine

Week after week, all our family embark

To the 2k run, around Avenham park

Charlie loves being active, he’s, incredibly sporty

But even so, we’re amazed, he’s already done forty!

With 10 more to go, until his next park run band 

There’s a little incentive that together, we’ve planned

If everyone could be so kind, and sponsor Charlie, just 2 pound

It would be an extra boost, to help him run each 2k round

His target will be £50, all proceeds go to OJs care

OJ's is a UK charitable organisation set up purely with the aim to provide activities for children and young adults with autism, associated disorders, learning difficulties and their family.

An important footnote …

We asked Charlie to choose from a variety of different charities and he picked this one. Neurodiversity is celebrated and openly talked about in our home and I hope that this fun little challenge not only raises money but also helps to raise awareness and acceptance!
