Memory Walk
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
This year over 110,000 people walk united, against dementia. We aim, with your help to raise over £9 million to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

Around 225,000 people develop dementia every year - that is the equivalent of one person every three minutes.

Suzanne, Sherrill, Hazel and Lorraine all have experienced first hand the devastation of this disease not only on loved ones that have the disease but the effect it has on  extended family and friends supporting those with it.

That is why we are taking part in the Memory Walk run by the Alzheimer's Society to raise money for a world without dementia.

Arm in arm, step by step and pound by pound we believe we will get there.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
