Over the years and all too recently I have known people that have needed Trinity Hospice services.This valuable resource is so important to give dignity and pride to a person in their final days and give comfort to their loved ones. 

So, I set myself a challenge at Christmas to get fit, aim for something to achieve personally and raise money for a good cause... this is it.
