Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Tilly was born sleeping on Friday 4th October 2013.  Before she was born, she was diagnosed with a terminal kidney condition.  She was the most beautiful baby girl who will remain in our hearts and memories forever.  She touched so many lives in her short time with us and made so much happen, for that we are thankful.

This is the one of many fundraising activities we will do in her memory.
