As most of you know my clean living lifestyle lends itself to making a 13 mile run a doddle... not quite. I've come to realise that my love for Jagerbombs, Kit Kat Chunkys and mash potato is not going to make this an easy task. And that having a small cry at the bottom of a hill is not going to get me across the finishing line. But the thought of helping all of the disabled and disadvantaged children in the North East will.
