This Saturday it will be a year since my mum passed away in St Elizabeth Hospice and having seen and experienced first hand the work that they do I would like to raise an incredible sum of money to help with this work.  I practically lived at the hospice for 3 weeks during my mums last few days, spending 12 hours a day and some nights there.  They have an enormous amount of volunteers to help but what most people don’t appreciate is that the majority of the work they do is funded by donations and grants.

They made my mums last few days bearable and we even had some very enjoyable and memorable moments. She passed away peacefully and with the dignity she deserved.
