Our 5 year old daughter Clara was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. She is smashing it, helped largely by the technology now available as a result of research and development in this area.

JDRF is a charity doing fabulous research and offers advice and support to families affected by this disease.

To many of you, a 10k run won't sound like much. But I am NOT a runner and it really will be a challenge!
