Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page....

I'm simply doing this in memory of my Nan and Grandad. My Grandad passed away 5 years ago and my lovely Nan more recently this year - both due to heart problems. They are both missed so much and this is just a little something I'm doing for them. I know heart problems affect so many people, which is why this is such a bloody brilliant charity!
