After too much lockdown life, where I've not moved as much as I should, I decided I needed a challenge. When we set up the SPHINX 20K to raise funds for Parenting Mental Health, it seemed the obvious choice to swim it! 

I'll be swimming every day from 12th to 30th April to reach my target of 20,000m and sharing my progress on here, as well as sharing stories from our community.

The PMH Community provides a safe, non judgemental space for parents and carers of children with poor mental health. We offer empowerment, education, events and interventions, as well as 24/7 support online, connection and hope.
