We're two siblings that are passionate about taking the dis out of disability; creating opportunities for success.

Mencap Sutton is a charity that is very close to our hearts. They are enablers for people with learning disabilities. They provide the highest amount of one to one care in their area. Sutton Mencap is so successful because of its location in the hub of the community. Something they pride themselves on is creating a safe space surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a South London town for everyone to thrive. With such success comes an awful lot of planning. Planning activities, planning care, planning safety and planning transport...

Transport has become a huge part of the planning of any activity outside of the Sutton Mencap centre. Public transport for people with mobility issues and sensory issues is extremely hard to organise and can sometimes become the governing variable for activities. A minibus would allow safe and easy transport, it will allow staff to focus their imaginations on activities rather than logistics. Wouldn't it be great if we could raise the money for a specialist mini bus to enrich peoples lives and give opportunities to enable.

To raise funds for the minibus we will be committing to a year of fundraising from January to December 2019. We will keep posted for information on events over the coming year.  Hopefully with your help the new decade will bring endless opportunities with a new mini bus for Sutton Mencap.
