Story

The Enfield Deen &Education Trust has served the needs of the local Muslim community in Enfield Lock for over 7 years, including weekly Jumaah, Ramadan Taraweeh & Tahadjud, Eid salah and Childrens Classes. We now have an opportunity to purchase a permanent facility to serve as our Masjid. We urgently require £200,000 to Complete the purchase to serve the needs of a growing underserved Muslim community. The Enfield Deen & Education Trust (EDET) is a not for profit organisation working with a view to fulfilling the spiritual and social needs of a growing Muslim community in and around the Enfield Lock area. The Trust is actively working towards engaging and developing the local Muslim population through provision of regular prayer, meetings, seminars, providing education and involving itself in wider social work that the trust feels is in the interest of the organisation and its service users.
