Rich, Lisa & myself are taking part in the Chester Half Marathon on the 13th May. 

We are aiming to raise £1,000 for Cancer Research and are running in memory of Mary a friend of ours who unfortunately recently lost her brave battle against cancer at the very young age of 43.
