Those of you that know me, know that my mum had an horrific accident last year and as a result suffered life changing injuries. Without the air ambulance and the crew who work on it my mum may have died. I will be forever grateful for their services that day, so once again myself and the Hosties4heroes are pushing ourselves with another mad challenge! 

As Hever Castle triathlon is an Olympic distance event we will be doing  it in relay and I have the 1.9km swim leg! I have never done open water swimming before so this is a real physical challenge for me as well as a psychological one as mum’s accident happened in open water.

Please help me reach my target so that I can give back to this amazing charity.
