This October, I am cycling to raise funds for Cancer Hope Network - a cause that personally means so much to me. Cancer Hope Network connects cancer patients with fellow survivors (like me) to make the journey a little less scary and lonely.

Susan's Tour de Hope is a celebration that my wellbeing is living proof that Hope works. Tour de France is my favorite event of my favorite sport and wellness practice.

For 40 years, Cancer Hope has been connecting cancer patients and caregivers with trained survivor mentors who provide support and guidance. Support Volunteers serve as mentors for patients going through treatment, provide practical suggestions to caregivers and create hope.
