London will be my third marathon and I've been lucky to get a place through my running club, Anster Haddies. I'm excited about taking part in such an iconic race, but there's a few nerves too! I think the atmosphere and support will be amazing and will hopefully keep me going until that medal is round my neck... and glass of champagne in my hand!

SCAA has been chosen by Davidsons Chemist as our charity of the year. Based at Perth Airport they support the Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) when they are dealing with time critical emergencies. The helicopter is staffed by SAS paramedics and provides an additional resource to the exisiting state funded helicopters in Glasgow and Inverness.
