Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have chosen to raise funds for Heart Research UK because some close friends have been adversely affected by Heart Disease. 

Advances in research and medical procedures have thankfully had a positive result for some of those friends. Unfortunately not for others.

In time with further research hopefully patients who have similar heart conditions will experience a long and healthy life after medical intervention. 

The hope that this is achievable motivates me to get out of my pit and train every week to do the best I can to support this amazing charity.
