St Catherines Hospice provides pallative care in central Lancashire to over 1300 patients a year as well as supporting people within their own homes through community nurse and day therapy services- all of this needS to be paid for somehow. This moonlight walk is just one of the ways St Catherines raises some of its much needed funds.

Many of us know people who have been helped by St Catherines and we may not even be aware of it so please dig deep and sponsor me on this walk.

For anyone who doesn't know the Moonliht walk is a sponsored ladies only half marathon -yes I can do it without cheating and driving! It starts at midnight so no sleep for all of us involved and will start from a point in Preston heading into the city centre then back out while others are enjoying their usually saturday night. Fluffy ears and tutu's optional apparently-got mine booked!
