In September 2022, my beloved husband Jim lost his long & heroic battle with cancer. He was the best husband, dad, son, brother and friend ever and a huge inspiration to us all. His loss has left a massive void in so many lives. 

On Saturday 25th March 2023, I will be joining many others taking part in a special walk in Jim’s memory, organised by St Austell Brewery. It is the third of three walks entitled ‘Walking for Jim’. We will be raising money for Cancer Research UK and Only a Pavement Away, a charity dear to Jim’s heart. The walk is 10.5 miles long from Fowey to St Austell and is called the ‘Proper Job Finish’ .
