As most of you know I do sometimes have mad ideas and this is one of them!

I have decided to do the London to Paris bike ride over 4 days in July 2012. 'Why do that you lunatic?' you may well ask. Well, given my own experience four years ago I have decided to put myself through this daunting challenge on behalf of Bowel Cancer UK. and I'd really appreciate your support.

I have to raise minimum of £1,400.00 by May this year and would greatly appreciate any support you can give from £1.00 upwards. You can be assured that every pound will be earned in hard peddling to say nothing of a sore rear end!
