Story
Enrych Oxfordshire was established 35 years ago by Leonard Cheshire and Sue Ryder. Since then, we have been enabling adults with a physical disability to enjoy leisure, learning and sporting opportunities. We offer a number of different services including Enrych Support, Enrych Interact, Enrych Connect and Social Events. Our vitally important work is funded by grants from Trusts and Foundations and community fundraising but highs demands on such organisations over recent years, and especially since Covid, has meant funding is harder to find.
I have worked for Enrych Oxfordshire for more than 13 years and have seen the difference our services make to physically disabled adults living in Oxfordshire. None of us know if we might one day need the support of a charity like Enrych Oxfordshire. Imagine not being able to leave the house to visit a cafe unless someone will kindly push your wheelchair; imagine not having anyone to play a game of Scrabble with; imagine not being able to leave the house because you are blind! I have come across all of these examples and many more over the years.
A donation from you will help Enrych Oxfordshire carrying on this excellent work helping to ENRICH people's lives.
