Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you know this is a great way to donate to charity; efficient and hassle free. So ........here  I am again getting on my bike to repeat my performance of 2011 and asking you all, once again, to sponsor me to raise a load of dosh for a very worthy cause. I'm aiming to complete 4 hours . No tennis that day!

Sadly this time, Paul will not be with us; it will seem very strange to be doing the cycle without him but I know we will feel his spirit is with us, urging us on ! He always liked any excuse to get together and have fun and although the cycling is tough we have a great time.

Paul finally lost his battle in June 2014 and what an amazing fight he put up , right up to the end . He will certainly live on in our hearts, he was a very special guy.

We will celebrate what would have been his 38th birthday in style.

Thank you!

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
