Well here I go again !! This time I'm going out of my comfort zone and cycling !!!  I am doing this challenge In memory of Mark Horwood and hopefully raise much needed money for Bhf.  Their work is so important in screening and basically keeping us alive . I personally know so many people of all ages who wouldn't be here without the expertise of our coronary health experts.  My boys Jac and Harri are fortunate to be able to attend a Bhf screening centre here in Wales which is invaluable to us for peace of mind.  But like everything these days the charity needs money to fund all their amazing work . So if everyone of my family and friends who read this donate what ever they can every penny counts.  Thankyou everyone now I must get to that gym !! I'm on a mission 😜😜 !! Xx
