Some close friends and I are taking part in the Foamtastic Colour Blast in Chester in October 2021. The challenge is to help raise money for The Good Shepherd Hospice.

In March this year my dear friend Jane Hynes was given the devastating news that she had terminal cancer.

In spite of this terrible news Jane has retained her positivity and humour throughout she has remained focused, positive and brave, even thinking of others before herself. A true inspiration.

Jane is receiving care and support from The Hospice of Good Shepherd something that she appreciates very much.

So, if you can, could you please help me raise funds for the hospice so their specialist staff can continue to make a huge difference and improve the quality of life to those affected by this awful illness.
