Thanks for your support with my London Marathon, London Landmarks, Great North Run & Wimbledon half JustGiving challenge! In 2020 I completed 3 of the runs as as a virtual. In 2021 I’m completing them as real events! I’m running my first London marathon with 2 half marathons (London Landmarks & Great North Run) just before and one half marathon a few weeks after in Wimbledon. I’m told Wimbledon is hilly and muddy!

Like so many of us, my family and friends have been greatly impacted by the devastating affects of Cancer. Some have been cured but sadly some have lost their lives in the most brutal and heart breaking way.

I’m taking on a 2 & half marathon challenge (1 marathon and 3 half’s) and feel like I have been training forever in the cold over the winter months and now in the heat! I will be taking on the London Landmarks Marks half marathon on 1 August , then Great North Run in September and a weeks later my first London marathon and a couple of weeks after the Wimbledon half marathon!

I am proud to be supporting the amazing work of the Institute of Cancer Research again and their mission to make the discoveries that defeat cancer and their vision that people can live their lives free of Cancer as a life-threatening disease. I want the heart break of cancer to stop.
