After gaining her nursing degree, Susan joined Great Ormond Street Hospital and served there as a paediatric nurse throughout her life; working on Tiger Ward, Peter Pan Ward and latterly Panther Ward. Along with her many friends and colleagues at GOS, she was a highly-valued and dedicated professional.
