Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Susan and I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in 2008. Since then this degenerative neurological condition has caused me to become very disabled, having been very active in the past.

The Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) have been very supportive of me and my family. As well as their vital contribution to researching the causes of MND, and hopefully finding a cure. They also support families like ourselves who are living with MND.

The MNDA provides funds to cover essential care, changes to accommodation and other items. They also provided us with a lovely play table that allows me to play with our children whilst I am sitting in a wheelchair.

My challenge each morning is working with my carers to get up in time to take our daughter to school, something I love.

All money raised by my site with go to the MNDA to help them with their work with others suffering with MND

So please dig deep and donate now.

thank you
