Mel, Amanda, Tracy and I decided we wanted to raise money towards the Pakistan Flood Appeal and what better way than to fast during the holy month of Ramadan.  As non-muslims this is not a familiar task and therefore I urge you all to dig deep to keep us motivated!  So remember we will observe this fast from sunrise to sunset on friday 3rd September 2010, that means no food and more scary than that...no water!!
