We fund care, campaigning and research to achieve a world free from MND

Story

On Tuesday 21st June, the team at Sure-Care Central Cheshire are completing the Coast to Coast (Whitehaven to Sunderland) challenge to fundraise for the Motor Neuron Disease (MND) Association. As a team we will complete the 133-mile route on an exercise bike in the office, which is likely to take about 12 hours by the team coming in  on their days off, after or in between their shifts.

On Wednesday 6th April, one of our lovely clients Mary Aston (aged 67) sadly lost her 3-year battle to MND. Mary was a very intelligent lady who cared very much for her family and friends. Despite the struggles she faced daily, she would always have a smile on her face teaching us all to look for the positives in every situation.

On Monday 2nd May, one of our team members sadly lost her mum to this cruel disease, only 5 months after her diagnosis.

We would like to say thank you for taking the time to read our Just Giving page and would be extremely grateful for any donations made
towards this great cause.

Here at Sure-Care Central Cheshire we like to think that when we face a challenge, although it will still be hard, if we work together, we can make it that little bit easier.

You will be able to keep-up to date with our progress on Facebook and Instagram and hopefully offer some words of encouragement as we
take on this challenge.
