Simon Balle PSA is a registered charity and the funds raised directly supports the entire school community. 

I’m a parent and staff member of Simon Balle All-through school.  This page has been set up to facilitate fundraising for Simon Balle PSA during a time when the usual events, such as the summer and winter fairs, are unable to take place due to coronavirus restrictions. 

Thank you to all those who have requested a Just Giving link and for the kind support you are able to offer. With your help, the PSA will be able to continue to support our amazing school.

About the charity

We support the school by raising money to provide facilities, equipment and some “little extras” which will enhance your child’s/children’s educational experience. We also aim to build the school community by bringing together the staff, families, students and the community. And have some fun! Find out more about us at: www.simonballepsa.org.uk Our goals/achievements – we have supported the refurbishment of the school swimming pool, library, and lecture theatre, contributed to the outdoor classroom, nature pond and the Larch Centre (primary building) trim trail. These areas are used daily by all students and therefore every single child benefits from our work. We also cover the cost of one of the school minibuses. Our target in the next couple of years is, among other donations to the school, to help repair and modernise the school hall. How we work – We raise money through events such as our Quiz Nights, Ladies Pamper Nights, Primary’s Summer and Christmas Fairs, Raffles/Auctions, Recycled Uniform Sales, Fun Run and running a licensed bar at school music concerts and plays. We meet about once every half term at school in the evening and use WhatsApp and email communications a lot, at a time that suits us.
