Lucie (my sister) and I, are taking on the Dawn to Dusk Triathalon challenge in the Lake District in July.

This consists of 23 mile off road up hill bike ride, 5.5 mile hike up Old Man of Coniston and 2 mile canoe. No mean feat…all to be completely between Dawn and dusk as a pair.
