Story

Our awesome group of Super Swimmers will be taking on the Mencap Swim-A-Long challenge of swimming 21 miles in October - the distance of the English Channel!

That's a lot of laps of the swimming pool and most of us are not the quickest of swimmers - more Super Sloth Swimmers, than Super Speedy Swimmers! So it is going to be a tough challenge.

Why are we putting ourselves through this Challenge? Because the funds we raise will be used to help make the UK the best place in the world for people with a learning disability to live happy and healthy lives.

There are currently 351,000 children (0-17) with a learning disability in the UK. Without the right support from the start, many of these children will face an extremely challenging future.

By sponsoring us in this challenge, you can help change their lives! So please give what you can.

Thank you for your generosity from the very grateful (and probably tired from all that swimming) Super Swimmers xxx
