Ciao everybody! Next April I will run the London Marathon (42km!) - the third in two years -  and I have decided to help Children in Crisis, a charity that does amazing work to provide education to children in some of the World most deprived areas.

The majority of us had easy access to good education but not everyone is that lucky. We all know the importance of education in providing the tools to build a better future, so please be generous!

Remember, what's little for you is massive elsewhere. £24 provides out of school children in Afghanistan with accelerated education, textbooks, notebooks and pens. With £64 you could buy four classroom desks and benches for a new school in DR Congo or Liberia and for £250 you could get enough bricks to actually build the classroom!

PS. I will update you with progresses on my training. I am aiming to finish the run in 3h 30minutes and I'll try to improve my previous  3h 24min time on the Nice-Cannes marathon.  Wish me luck!
