Story

This page has been set up in memory of Supatra Emily Adler who passed away on 5 June 2012 after bravely battling a brain tumour for 16 months. On 26 January 2011, Supatra was diagnosed with a Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) brain stem tumour at the age of five. To her great credit Supatra took everything in great stride and with much strength and courage undergoing numerous treatments and taking loads of alternative medicines and required supplements. She never complained and she was, like her parents, determined to beat this cancer. Supatra was a very beautiful, bright, smart and quick witted girl that touched everyone she came into contact with. To honor and remember Supatra we are asking for contributions to the Brain Tumour UK charity which helps fund research into peadiatric brain tumours. All donations in Supatra's name will be marked for specific DIPG tumour research as little money is now going to this area of research. Please give what you can so that one day they will find a cure for this tumour which kills 99% of its victims. Thank you, Supatra's Dad
