Believe it or not I'm taking part in the Jane Tomlinson 10k. Those who know me will be aware of my lack of physical fitness!! So why do it??

 Well it's to raise money for the amazing St Leonard's Hospice. A very special man lost his courageous fight with cancer in January. John Allen was a doting husband, father, grand father and friend. We can't promise the best time, but we can promise every footstep will be intent on raising essential money and remembering a very special man. Surely seeing me dressed as a sunflower is worth the donation!!
