So, year on year my sister and I will have a friendly competition on who can grow the highest Sunflower. With lockdown still here for a few more months, we thought everyone could join us brightening up peoples lives by planting some Sunflowers and on the way make some much-needed funds for Mind. The winner with the tallest Sunflower will be given a lovely chocolate hamper.

The rules are very simple.

1. You must start with a seed.
2. Donate whatever you want to Mind.
3. Take a pic of your seed being planted.
4. Update us on your plant's progress.
5. The final measurement will be on the 13th of June.
6. Take a pic of you and your Sunflower on the 13th of June.
7. Have fun.
