The British Youth Council empowers young people to have a say and be heard on the issues that affect them. This includes climate change, and one of the things that contributes to this is fast fashion and production of other goods when things can easily be reused. The British Youth Council are running our first-ever 'Big Clear-Out fundraising campaign. You can support our work to uplift the voices of young people by selling your old and used stuff and donating a percentage (or all!) of the proceeds to our Big Clear-Out JustGiving page. Whether you choose to attend a car boot sale, host a clothes swap party amongst friends, or sell your old stuff on platforms such as Depop, Vinted or Ziffit, the funds you raise can go a long way towards ensuring that young people's voices are heard.
