Story
I am offering a 'Summer Stretch' fundraising challenge starting on Monday, 27 July which I would love you to support.
Every weekday over the school holidays at 8.30am, I'll be running a 15-minute stretch session live and direct from YogaDad HQ on my YogaDad Facebook page to kick-start your day in fine style.
I'll be raising money for local charities at the forefront of the Covid response - Age UK Bristol, Julian House, Keynsham Food Bank, Suicide Prevention Bristol, St Mungo's and Off The Record.
Age UK Bristol is a local and independent charity committed to working with and for older people in Bristol. Initiatives include Active Together, which supports people living with early stage dementia to remain active. Bristol Ageing Better (BAB) is a partnership of individuals and organisations working together to reduce isolation and loneliness among older people in Bristol. Support Hub helps older people and families to cope with the impact of the coronavirus.
All donations raised will be shared equally between the charities at the end of the campaign.
Don't worry if you're unable to join me live. I'll be saving the classes to the videos section on my YogaDad page. I'll also be saving them to YouTube - free to access any time, anywhere.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Please spread the word. Rob / YogaDad
