Thank you for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page.  It has taken our daughter, Summer, 3 years to grow her hair the full length of her back. She loves her long hair, but having witnessed two of her school friends lose theirs when undergoing treatment to battle different forms of cancer, she has decided she would like to donate it to Little Princess Trust.

In Summers words "I have so much hair mummy, maybe I should give some to children with cancer who have lost theirs.  They could wear mine instead".  

We set Summer a target; to grow her hair the length of her back before we could donate it and she has been waiting patiently for it to grow and now is ready to have her hair cut and donate 12inches to the Little Princess Trust.

We're so proud of our daughter, who is only 8, for being so selfless and caring, and wanting to make a difference for other people. Please show your support in this amazing gesture by donating what you can spare towards an amazing charity.

It costs £500 for the charity to make a wig and donate it to a child.  Summer would like to raise as much money as possible to help provide one child with a wig, as two children from her school suffered immensely.
