Story
As most of you will know by now, Im off to The Gambia for the next two years to work with sign language interpreters. This amazing opportunity has been made possible through VSO. In return for such an amazing experience I feel it only right that I try to raise some funds so that VSO can continue to send other volunteers to different countries and make a difference to a lot of peoples lives. It costs about fifteen thousand pounds per year for VSO to send a volunteer abroad. So this is where you come in! I'm aiming to raise a thousand pounds, which is a tiny amount compared to the cost of sending me abroad for two years...Now you can either think of your donation as the opportunity to help give someone a unique chance of a life time, that will result in helping some of the most deprived countries or.... A bloody cheap way to get rid of me!! What ever you give will be greatly appreciated by many people including me.
