Story
Summer came to us a few months ago and said "Now I am older (11) I want to raise money for charity". We have fundraised for various charities as a family before but this is Summer's personal challenge and idea.
Summer has chosen to attempt to climb Snowdon to show that being severely visually impaired should not stop you from reaching your goals and attempting everything! Weather permitting on 20th May.
She is raising funds for Henshaws Society for Blind People who support children and adults and enable them to have an independent lifestyle we have been supported by them and she would like to give something back.
Summer became visually impaired when she was 2 due to illness. We are now celebrating her being off chemotherapy for 7 years and are extremely happy to be taking part in this Challenge with Summer, we are very proud of our special daughter.
Thank you for taking the time to read our page and supporting Summer's Challenge.
