Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Prostate Cancer is a disease that is killing one UK male every 45 minutes which is equivalent to one man for the time it takes to play one half of a football match and has recently overtaken Breast Cancer to become the UK's third biggest cancer killer. Hundreds of football fans, players, managers. club officials and football pundits will join together on Sunday 22nd July 2018 to walk 26 miles on four separate routes from the four corners of London as we 'March to the Arch' at Wembley (where all four routes will finally merge) in order that we can raise valuable funds to help to try to beat prostate cancer. A work colleague passed away from Prostate Cancer and I was at a National League meeting where a Prostate Cancer sufferer gave an inspirational speech of living with Prostate Cancer and hopefully we can reverse the recent trend to try to beat this disease and half the deaths from Prostate Cancer by 2026. The National League official charity for the 2017-18 continutes to be Prostate Cancer UK and as a club official with Sutton United I want to do my part in raising awareness of Prostate Cancer and this charity.
Route 1 which I'm doing starts from Sutton United FC and will visit AFC Wimbledon and Brentford FC. Route 2 starts at St Albans City FC via Watford & Barnet; Route 3 starts at Millwall going via Crystal Palace, Fulham, Chelsea and QPR en-route and Route 4 starts West Ham and goes via Leyton Orient, Tottenham & Arsenal. Spaces are limited on each route but
