As an organization we are committed to a culture of caring and giving back within our communities; this year, our team within the UK and Ireland will be using their Day of Giving to complete the Mam Tor challenge for Arthritis Action.

Arthritis Action is a community-based UK charity giving hands-on, practical help to improve the quality of life of people affected by arthritis. Their offering includes an integrated self-management approach, which looks at both the physical and mental health impact of living with arthritis.

The challenge will take place Friday, August 5. We will be fundraising up until the day of the challenge – your generous donation can help in many different ways:

£20 can help someone receive dietary support and advice, to manage their arthritis symptoms.

£60 will enable two people with arthritis to receive physiotherapy treatment.

£120 can help Arthritis Action build more online resources to help people with arthritis.

£250 can help set up a new peer support Group in a local area
