My great friend Chrissy Ames gave up alcohol for THREE MONTHS, to raise money for this amazing hospice that cared for my sister Clare when she was in need of their expertise.

Myself, Clare's husband Pete, son Ian and father in law, Nick, cycled 50 k  for Clare on the Hopspice arranged Tour de Bristol.

Another great friend of Clare's, Sharron Galpin, organised a Wine or not game and general fundraising at a 50th birthday party.
